Notes on Uniform:
- When runners are required on days that children are not in sport uniform, they should bring them to school in a plastic bag and change into them when needed.
- Nylon basketball shorts are not permitted as sports uniform.
- No jewellery is permitted, other than a watch andone plain stud type earring in each ear. For safety reasons, ONLY earlobes are permitted to be pierced.
- Nail polish or tattoos are not permitted.
- Children must wear designated school hats. Children without school hats must stay in the shade.
- School bags are to be either the crested backpack from the school suppliers or plain navy blue.
- Coloured parkas may not be worn.
- Please note that all items of the school uniform are only available from Lowes or the second-hand clothing pool.
- Scarves are permitted to be worn in winter but must be navy or black in colour.
- To reduce costly competitiveness and fashion trends amongst our students, we avoid items of clothing with company logos displayed. Therefore, we seek your cooperation in not wearing any clothing with logos displayed.
- Personal Presentation is regarded as important. Children with hair that is below collar length should have it tied back at all times for health. Hair should be clean and colouring of hair is discouraged. Ribbons and hair ties are to be in school colours of navy or gold or matching natural hair colour.
- The second-hand clothing pool is open every Monday and Tuesday mornings. Extra opening days will be published in the newsletter.
- School hats may be purchased from the school offices at the cost of $15.
